Refund policy

Return Policy:
Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to return defective merchandise. Defective merchandise includes items with misprints, faded prints, stains upon arrival, peeling off flex, or holes on the product. Customers must contact our customer service team at XennialDee@AOL.com (mailto:XennialDee@AOL.com) to initiate a return. Please provide photos of the defective merchandise and your order number in your email. Our return team will assess the defect and provide further instructions for return.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and unworn/unwashed. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee:
If a customer orders the wrong size, a $5 restocking fee will apply. It is important to review the size chart before placing an order to avoid additional fees.
